Annual “Trunk-or-Treat” Event
Join us for Truck-or-Treat on October 24, 2026:
The Sheriff’s Auxiliary Volunteers are proud to support Trunk or Treat as part of our ongoing commitment to community service, public safety, and family-friendly outreach. This annual Halloween event gives local families a safe place to celebrate the season while enjoying an evening of fun activities, community connection, and positive interaction with public safety personnel.
A Safe Halloween Event for Tucson Families
Trunk or Treat provides local families a free, safe, and welcoming environment to celebrate Halloween complete with trick or treating, food trucks, police and fire department involvement, and more. It’s an opportunity for children and parents to enjoy the excitement of Halloween in a structured setting that encourages community involvement and family participation.

How SAV Supports Community Events
SAV volunteers take great pride in supporting events that bring the community together in a positive way. Programs like Trunk or Treat help strengthen our relationship with Tucson residents and other public safety organizations, and give our volunteers another meaningful opportunity to serve the public through outreach, event support, and community engagement.
Because SAV is involved in a wide variety of school and community programs throughout the year, Trunk or Treat fits naturally within our larger mission of service, visibility, and public education.
